Terms of Service

These terms cover the Mnemes account at account.mnemes.ai, Mnemes Cards at cards.mnemes.ai and Mnemes Board at board.mnemes.ai, run by [LEGAL NAME], [ADDRESS].

The agreement

Using Mnemes means accepting these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, such as a school, you confirm that you may accept them for that organisation.

Your account

One Mnemes account signs you in to Cards and Board. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly at hello@mnemes.ai if you believe someone else has access.

Your content

What you create and upload stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and show it to the people you share it with.

Only put on Mnemes what you have the right to share. On a board, everything you add is seen by everyone on that board, and you are responsible for having the right to share it with them. This matters most for course material, such as a textbook’s pages.

Acceptable use

Do not use Mnemes to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to harass anyone, or to interfere with other people’s use of it.

Prices

Availability

Mnemes is offered as it is, during early access, without a guarantee of uptime. We will give reasonable notice before any change that would remove something you rely on.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why where we are able to.
